Sunday in Sandown

Text and Photos by Vincent Dupont-Blackshaw

A Sunday morning in February. Cold and very sunny.
On the sand, a few relics of Valentine's Day.
The sea is perfectly calm, blending with the blue tones of the sky. The terrace of the Beach Shack is already set up. Dogs and walkers are strolling around. And then there are the swimmers. Ready to face the waves and the wind. We don't envy them, but we can't help admiring them.
That's life on the Isle of Wight.
