Ryde Low Tide

Text and Photos by Vincent Dupont-Blackshaw

The beach is exposed, bare and immense. As if you could walk to Portsmouth.
A few boats at the water's edge. Familiar presences made unusual as the water seems too low.
That's life on the Isle of Wight.

La plage se découvre, nue et immense. Comme l’impression qu’on pourrait aller jusqu’à Portsmouth à pied.
Quelques bateaux au ras de l’eau. Présences familières devenus insolites tant l’eau semble trop basse
Ainsi va la vie sur l’Ile de Wight.
